As a strength and movement coach, business owner, and father of two, I understand the challenges of balancing work, family, and personal goals. That’s why my coaching focuses on realistic planning, long-term progress, and building confidence through consistent practice.

I’m based in Helsinki, Finland, where I coach clients at my private training studio, online, and through a combination of both.

About Me

My coaching philosophy is simple: great training doesn’t have to be complicated.

Real progress comes from mastering the fundamentals, moving well, and building strength that supports both performance and everyday life. Rather than chasing quick results or constantly changing programs, I help my clients develop skills and habits they can rely on for years to come.

My approach combines strength, movement, mobility, and practical programming, always tailored to the individual rather than forcing everyone into the same system.

My background combines nearly two decades of practical coaching experience, continuous professional development, and a strong educational foundation. I hold a Further Qualification in Exercise and Coaching from Varala Sports Institute and have completed Basic Studies in Health Sciences and additional studies in Exercise and Well-being at the Open University of Jyväskylä.

In addition, I’ve completed further education in personal training, nutrition, Olympic weightlifting, movement, barefoot running, and kettlebell coaching. I’ve worked as one of the lead instructors for the International Kettlebell & Strength Training Academy (IKSA) in Finland, leading instructor courses and educating future kettlebell coaches.

I continue to study, train, and test new methods before introducing them to my clients. I believe the best coaching combines evidence, experience, and practical application.

As a business owner, father of two, and lifelong strength athlete, I understand the challenge of balancing training with work, family, and everyday life. That’s why my goal is not simply to help people get stronger, but to help them build a sustainable approach to training that supports their health, performance, and quality of life for years to come.
